  • 80% of our clients are women. The open and private space allows you to train in peace.
  • We have clients in their 20s to 80s at gainz gym. Please feel free to visit us.
  • You can enter the gym 10 minutes prior to your arrival. Please feel free to ask us if you arrive early.
  • Please visit us at your convenience. The pace at which you can comfortably attend is the best. Most of our members train once a week.
  • We will guide you on how to “manage your diet” instead of restricting your diet. We will propose a healthy diet that fits your lifestyle and is not unreasonable.
  • gainz gym differs from other personal gyms in the following three points. Our representative trainers are dedicated to you. We can provide a wide range of services such as diet, body make-up, health improvement, and rehabilitation. We provide training and guidance that takes into consideration not only your body, but also your personality and mentality.
  • You will need to bring your own training clothes, beverages, shoes, and towel. If you are a member, we can also leave your baggage with you.
  • It is best to choose according to your budget and schedule. However, for beginners, we recommend the 50-minute training course, as it allows you to spend more time in a relaxed atmosphere. Please feel free to ask us about it during your trial.
  • gainz gym charges a monthly membership fee of 3,300 yen. As long as you pay the monthly membership fee, your ticket is valid.
